You can never get enough protein, I am vegetarian so I am always trying to discover new ways to get protein into my diet, you need to have lots of muscle, so a note to any vego derby girls, eat as much of the following: eggs, nuts and dairy are all good sources of protein.
Memorable Derby-Related Dream:
Oooh, definitely was the one I had whilst we had Cheapie and Smartie here and I played in a bout where I was on their team and they turned me into this super rollerderby demon on wheels type of thing and we won!

I guess while walking through the mall I tend to dodge people like I am trying to make my way through a pack....*blushes*.
